Due to the high number of athletes leaving the non-olympic weight categories, 61, 70, 79, and 92 KG will not have rankings posted to them.

57 KG

#1 Zane Richards went 0-1 at the Senior World Championships in September due to a loss in the round of 32 to Aliabbas Rzazade (AZE). #1 (61) Vito Arujau won the 61 KG Senior World Championships over #3 (61) Abasgadzhi Magomedov (RUS). #7 Cooper Flynn placed 13th at the U23 World Championships in October with a 0-2 record with losses to #17 Manvel Khndzrtsyan (ARM) in the round of 16 and #20 Niklas Stechle (GER) in repechage. #1 Zane Richards won the Pan-Am Games over Oscar Tigregros (COL). #4 Spencer Lee won the Bill Farrell Memorial over Nico Megaludis with Luke Lilledahl taking bronze over Muhammad Bilal (PAK). Nico Megaludis takes the #5 spot in the rankings after his runner-up finish at the Farrell due to wins over #8 Brandon Courtney and #9 Daniel DeShazer. Brandon Courtney debuts in the rankings at #8 for beating #7 Cooper Flynn in the quarterfinals. #9 (61) Daniel DeShazer takes the #9 spot in the rankings for beating #7 Cooper Flynn in repechage. #7 Cooper Flynn drops three spots to #10 for losses to #8 Brandon Courtney and #9 Daniel DeShazer. Luke Lilledahl debuts at #7 in the rankings for beating #9 Daniel DeShazer in repechage and beating Muhammad Bilal (PAK) for bronze after Bilal had beaten #8 Brandon Courtney in repechage. Julian Chlebove (61KG) took 7th at the 61 KG U23 World Championships with a 1-2 record.

#1 Nick Lee took 7th at the Senior World Championships in September after making the quarterfinals where he lost to #4 Rahman Amouzad (IRI). #1 (70) Zain Retherford won the Senior World Championships in September over #2 (70) Amir Mohammad Yazdani (IRI). Brock Hardy took bronze at the U23 World Championships in October. Doug Zapf took 5th at the 70 KG U23 World Championships in October. Nahshon Garrett took silver at the Pan-Am Games to Alejandro Valdes Tobier (CUB). #3 (70) Joey McKenna returns to the rankings at #2 for beating #2 Yianni Diakomihalis in the semifinals of the D.A. Kunaev Memorial in Kazakhstan. McKenna won gold at the Kunaev over Adil Ospanov (KAZ). Kaleb Larkin won the Bill Farrell Memorial over #4 Matthew Kolodzik. #4 (61) Austin DeSanto took bronze at the Bill Farrell Memorial over Yahya Thomas.

Arizona State freshman Kaleb Larkin debuts in the rankings at #5 for beating #4 Matthew Kolodzik, #9 Patricio Lugo, and Jesse Mendez to win the Bill Farrell Memorial. #4 (61) Austin DeSanto debuts in the 65 KG rankings at #10 for beating #9 Patricio Lugo and Yahya Thomas on his way to take bronze at the Farrell.

74 KG

#1 Kyle Dake took silver at the Senior World Championships in September to #1 Zaurbek Sidakov (RUS). #1 (79) Chance Marsteller took 14th at the 79 KG Senior World Championships after a quarterfinal loss to fifth place finisher #4 Orkhan Abasov (AZE). #4 Keegan O’Toole won gold at the U23 World Championships in October. Dustin Plott took 13th at the 79 KG U23 World Championships in October after a round of 16 loss to Masaki Sato (JPN). #2 (79) Jordan Burroughs won the D.A. Kunaev over Syrbaz Talgat (KAZ) and slots in at the #2 spot in the domestic rankings due to his losses to #1 Kyle Dake at the 2020 Olympic Trials finals. #2 (70) Tyler Berger won gold at the Pan-Am Games over Franklin Maren Castillo (CUB).

#3 Jason Nolf won the Bill Farrell Memorial over #7 (79) Alex Marinelli with Quincy Monday taking bronze over #8 (70) Jarret Jacques. #7 (79) Alex Marinelli debuts in the 74 KG rankings at #7 for finishing silver at the Bill Farrell Memorial to #3 Jason Nolf and beating #8 Tyler Berger in the semifinals. #1 David Taylor won the Senior World Championships in September by pin over #2 Hassan Yazdani Charati (IRI). #1 (92) Zahid Valencia took bronze at the 92 KG Senior World Championships in September by tech fall over #5 Arash Yoshida (JPN). #2 Aaron Brooks won the U23 World Championships in October by 10-0 tech fall over returning world champion Tatsuya Shirai (JPN). #9 (92) Jacob Cardenas took bronze at the 92 KG U23 World Championships in October. #3 Mark Hall took silver at the Pan-Am Games to Yurieski Torreblanca (CUB). #4 Trent Hidlay won the Bill Farrell Memorial over Alex Dieringer with #3 Mark Hall taking bronze over Avtandil Kentchadze (GEO). #4 Trent Hidlay moves up one spot to #3 his wins over Alex Dieringer and Avtandil Kentchadze (GEO) after Kentchadze had beaten #3 Mark Hall in their opening match. Alex Dieringer returns to the rankings at #4 for his past wins over #1 (92) Zahid Valencia, five-time World & Olympic medalist Jabrayil Hasanov (AZE), and Carter Starocci (USA). #1 Kyle Snyder took bronze at the Senior World Championships in September. #3 Isaac Trumble took gold at the U23 World Championships in October over #13 Radu Lefter (MDA). #1 Kyle Snyder won the Pan-Am Games over Arturo Silot Torres (CUB). #2 (92) Michael Macchiavello won the Bill Farrell Memorial over Jacob Warner with #8 (92) Jay Aiello beating #5 (92) Eric Schultz for bronze. #2 (92) Michael Macchiavello takes the #4 spot in the rankings for winning gold at the Farrell with wins over #6 Jacob Warner and #7 Jay Aiello. Jacob Warner debuts in the rankings at #5 for taking silver at the Farrell and where he beat Italian World Team member Ben Honis who beat #4 Tim Dudley in his opening round match. #6 (125) Tony Cassioppi takes the #5 spot in the rankings upon his confirmation that he will be competing at Senior Nationals at 97 KG. #8 (92) Jay Aiello takes the #7 spot for beating #5 (92) Eric Schultz in the quarterfinals and bronze medal match over the Farrell, Schultz slots in at #8 behind Aiello.

#1 Gable Steveson has been removed from the rankings due to inactivity coupled with the uncertain status of him competing internationally due to his pro wrestling career, #2 Mason Parris takes the #1 spot. #1 Mason Parris took bronze at the Senior World Championships in September. #4 Wyatt Hendrickson took gold at the U23 World Championships in October. #1 Mason Parris won the Pan-Am Games over Jose Diaz Robertii (VEN). #6 Tony Cassioppi has confirmed to be competing at 97 KG and has been removed from the rankings and placed at #5 at 97 KG. #3 Nick Gwiazdowski won the Bill Farrell Memorial over #7 Christian Lance with #9 Sam Schuyler taking bronze over #10 Gary Traub.

Pound for Pound

#4 Gable Steveson has been removed from the pound for pound rankings. #12 Zain Retherford moves up six spots to #6 for winning the 70 KG Senior World Championships in September. #15 Vito Arujau moves up eight spots to #7 for winning the 61 KG Senior World Championships in September, #17 Joey McKenna moves up eight spots to #9 for beating #8 Yianni Diakomihalis at the D.A. Kunaev Memorial. Mason Parris debuts in the pound for pound rankings at #13 for taking gold at the 125 KG Senior World Championships in September. Trent Hidlay returns to the rankings at #21 for winning the 86 KG Bill Farrell Memorial over #25 Alex Dieringer. Kaleb Larkin debuts in the pound for pound rankings at #24 for winning the 65 KG Bill Farrell Memorial.
